The X-Men, reimagined in manga form

This volume brings together several strands of the X-Men’s world: Jubilee’s effort to live an ordinary teenage life while facing Sentinel attacks, and the team’s return from Genosha to a destroyed mansion. The publisher’s description also points to confrontations involving Juggernaut, the introduction of Bishop as a mutant from the future, and the threat posed by Apocalypse. Across these storylines, mutant identity sits alongside the team’s role as protectors in a world that fears them. The setup gives the volume both a personal point of entry through Jubilee and a wider scope centered on the X-Men’s escalating challenges.

  • X-Men fans interested in a manga adaptation of the series’ stories.
  • Readers who enjoy superhero stories involving mutants, Sentinel robots, and major team threats.
