Dorothy’s journey to Oz, with original illustrations

A cyclone carries Dorothy Gale and her dog, Toto, from Kansas into the unfamiliar land of Oz. There, Dorothy sets out with the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion on a journey toward the Emerald City and the Wizard who lives there. The book’s travels through Oz are paired with the familiar idea that home matters, while this anniversary hardcover reproduces W. W. Denslow’s original illustrations. Its classic-fantasy premise brings together an imagined world, a traveling group of companions, and Dorothy’s connection to Kansas.
