AlbakiReads Editorial

A familiar bus song with an animal-filled twist

Set to the tune of “The Wheels on the Bus,” the book pairs a familiar refrain with animals traveling in an assortment of vehicles. Whales ride a bus around town, while tigers take to gliders, cranes ride trains, and ducks travel by truck. The playful combinations bring together vehicle words, animal names, and a repeating song structure, giving the book a clear read-aloud and sing-along format for young children.
