Fast and slow in English and Spanish
Transportation provides the frame for introducing opposites and first vocabulary in two languages. The description pairs speedy machines with slower-moving vehicles—including cars and bikes, boats and rafts, and rockets and hot-air balloons—giving young learners concrete examples of “fast” and “slow.” The book combines early English and Spanish words with familiar forms of transport, keeping its concepts closely connected to the objects named.
Based on publisher information and book metadata.
Little ones love things that go! A car is fast, and a bike is slow. A boat is fast, and a raft is slow. A rocket is fast, and hot air balloon is slow. Introduce first words in Spanish and English, and learn about different modes of transportation while comparing slow-moving vehicles with speedy machines.
