Psylocke’s past as the Hand’s weapon

Collected from *Psylocke: Ninja* (2026) #1–5, this story reaches back into the X-Men’s past to revisit Betsy Braddock’s transformation into a ninja and killing machine. Its central threads connect the Hand’s choice of Psylocke as a weapon with the sacrifice she makes for her teammates and the involvement of Elektra, the Hand’s former assassin. The conflict is framed through a showdown between two formidable fighters, with sais and psionic blades marking the clash. The volume brings those questions and that confrontation together in a focused Psylocke story rooted in her mutant, X-Man, and ninja identities.
