Workbooks for all twelve temperament blends are a culmination of my life's work that includes my theological training, my experience as a corporate consultant, and my experience as both a pastorial counselor and licensed professional therapist.
I have written a number of books and manuals on the subject of temperament. This work includes insights that I have observed while working with thousands of people in different settings that are not in my other writings.

Being more aware take ownership of your natural tendencies to consciously express the controlled strengths and develop a plan to overcome the negative impact of your weaknesses on yourself and others.
