Olivia takes over the circus

Olivia’s account of a circus visit puts her imagination in the spotlight. With the performers out sick, she remembers taking on an entire program herself, from juggling and lion taming to unicycling and flying through the air. The list of acts gives her tale its shape: each new feat adds to the scale of the role she claims to have played.
