A Nebula-centered snapshot of a year in speculative fiction
Nebula Awards 30 gathers work associated with the Nebula Award winners across its categories, then broadens the selection with additional fiction, poetry, and essays. Edited by Pamela Sargent, the volume is structured as an annual anthology rather than a single continuous narrative, offering several forms and perspectives within science fiction and fantasy. Its mix of award-linked pieces and material positioned as unavailable in other year-end collections makes it a document of the field’s range during the period represented.
Based on publisher information and book metadata.
Excellent in all departments (Kirkus Reviews), Nebula Awards 30 continues a tradition of excellence by offering, alongside works by the winners in all Nebula categories, a generous selection of fiction, poetry, and essays not found in any other best-of-the-year anthologies.
