Book overview
The next book in this lively board book series, which has links to the National Geographic Little Kids magazine franchise, uses beginning numbers and charming examples from nature to introduce young children to the concept of "before and after."
Penguins, raccoons, and other adorable animals demonstrate the important preschool concept of "before and after," inviting readers to count down the numbers from five to one. Using simple, age-appropriate text paired with colorful photos, Look & Learn books introduce children to a subject on one spread and then show it in a real-life context on the next.
