A decade of My Hero Academia art

Kohei Horikoshi’s art book gathers work from across ten years of My Hero Academia, bringing together covers, Shonen Jump illustrations, and pieces made for special events. The larger-format collection also pairs the images with Horikoshi’s reflections on his craft and behind-the-scenes anecdotes about individual illustrations. An all-new cover gives the volume an additional piece created specifically for this collection. Its emphasis is on the visual work and the making of the illustrations, offering a companion volume to the manga rather than a continuation of its story.

Good fit for readers who enjoy

  • My Hero Academia fans interested in Horikoshi’s illustrations beyond the manga pages
  • Art-book collectors looking for covers, event artwork, and creator commentary
  • Readers curious about the craft and background behind manga illustrations
