A first introduction to a nature routine
Adapted for early learners from “Me and my Sit Spot,” Lauren MacLean’s book introduces the idea of choosing a place outdoors to return to and observe. Its central question—where might your sit spot be?—opens a simple starting point for noticing the land and considering how people relate to it. The subject invites caregivers to connect a shared reading experience with time spent observing a familiar place.
