Oral health in a whole-body frame

Thomas J. Lokensgard’s guide connects dental care with broader questions of wellness, prevention, and chronic inflammation. It ranges across topics including fluoride, root canals, mercury fillings, TMJ, beneficial oral bacteria, and environmental toxins, while presenting the author’s functional-dentistry and integrative-medicine perspective. The book also discusses aging and oxidative stress and offers practical advice for oral care. Its claims about health and treatment are presented through that perspective; the description does not establish them as independent medical guidance.

Good fit for readers who enjoy
