Starting with an inspirational showcase of the block designs, Log Cabin Quilt Blocks then offers step-by-step instructions on how to create each of the blocks for yourself, as well as ideas on how to play with the basic elements of the log cabin to produce stunning new designs. The techniques and step-by-step instructions include:
A comprehensive block directory includes diagrams of each block, along with measurements for each component. Once completed, the blocks can be stitched together to create unique quilts, or used as they are for cushions, artworks and other handmade objects.
