A mountain town faces a terrifying outbreak

In Royal, Colorado, a disease transforms everyone under 18 into flesh-craving monsters, while adults who encounter it simply die. The crisis leaves parents with a stark choice: confront the changed children around their homes or wait for a possible cure from the Colorado Science Institute—a place whose promise is shadowed by the question of whether anyone can leave alive. The setup brings zombie horror into a family-centered conflict, with survival and the search for a cure at odds.
