A playground quarrel and a chance for kindness

Hugasaurus’s first outing on her own begins with a welcome from other young dinosaurs at a playground, then turns into a disagreement among her new friends. That small social setting gives the story a clear way to explore kindness: not as an abstract lesson, but as something Hugasaurus can offer when a group is struggling to get along. The board-book edition brings this friendship story to a format suited to sharing aloud.
