A Magic Tree House adventure in Antarctica

Jack and Annie reach Antarctica, the final continent they have yet to visit, and encounter a setting whose barrenness raises a question about happiness. Penguins are part of the adventure—and, as the description hints, may hold a clue. The book is listed as Merlin Mission #12 in the current numbering and was formerly numbered Magic Tree House #40. Its Antarctic setting gives this installment a distinct focus within Jack and Annie’s travels, while keeping the mystery tied to the series’ adventurous premise.
