A new stuffie, a sharing dilemma

Elvis’s attachment to Bubbles sets up a small, familiar conflict: he wants to keep his new toy clean, while Romeo wants to join in the fun. Their ideas—a stuffie parade and a gentle game of tug—frame the story around negotiating play and learning to share. Presented as a Level 1 Ready-to-Read book, it pairs this everyday social situation with an early-reader format.

Book overview

Elvis and Romeo learn to share in this adorable new Level 1 Ready-to-Read book by Jacky Davis and David Soman, the creators of Ladybug Girl!

Elvis has a new stuffie--and Romeo wants to play with it. Elvis does not want Romeo to play with his new stuffie, Bubbles, because he is worried Romeo will get it dirty. Romeo has an idea. They can have a stuffie parade. And maybe a gentle game of tug. Can Romeo convince Elvis to enjoy his stuffie a little--and share it too?
