Three brothers discover powers tied to light, darkness and time

An argument reveals that the Blackburn brothers each have a different ability: Dylan can control darkness, Lance light and Theo time. Their discovery expands into a realm inhabited by others with special powers, where legendary swords channel those abilities. The brothers are drawn into conflict with mercenaries seeking the swords for destructive ends, placing questions of responsibility alongside the fantasy’s clashes over power. The setup combines sibling relationships, supernatural abilities and a threat that reaches beyond the brothers’ newly encountered world.

Good fit for readers who enjoy
