A library takes shape in Breezy Valley

The hard-working animal residents of Breezy Valley take on a community project: building a new town library. The book moves through stages of construction, from preparing the site and laying the foundation to wiring, plumbing, and painting. Informative labels and cutaway views help show how the parts of a building fit together, while tools, trucks, and a range of tradespeople populate the scenes. The library project gives the construction details a clear, concrete setting for young picture-book readers.
