Science and magic in a forest rescue
A crisis in the forest links the health of magical roses to the first meals of newborn hippogriffs. With the eggs nearing their hatch, Zoey, Pip, and Sassafras draw on their science know-how to try to solve the problem. The setup brings fantasy creatures and a practical problem-solving thread together, with the roses’ role in the hippogriffs’ early lives giving the adventure a clear ecological connection.
