AlbakiReads Editorial

Matthew’s Gospel in Latin and English

This bilingual edition presents passages from the Gospel according to Saint Matthew in Latin alongside English, with the chapter-and-verse numbering visible in both texts. The supplied excerpt begins with Jesus teaching and includes several Beatitudes, pairing each Latin passage with its English counterpart. Its parallel format makes the wording of the two versions easy to compare, while the biblical text remains the central focus. The source identifies it as an unabridged paperback, though it does not provide details about the translation choices or the extent of the text beyond the excerpt.

Good fit for readers who enjoy

  • Readers seeking a Latin-English presentation of Matthew’s Gospel
