She made sure that Kael, Cam, and the others had made it off the island and through the gate to Esharet before Mara destroyed it, but where had she and Adam gone? Will Absolem find Ari in time to change the rune so she survives the transition to Maturity? Will she be reunited with her friends and family as they try to save Anu from corrupt forces? Or will bigotry and tyranny reign supreme?
Time marches steadily on with life and death on a razors edge.
In order to reach a beautiful equilibrium, Ari must somehow survive and overcome her dark past to be the catalyst Anu needs.
