Steve Ditko’s Spider-Man art, presented at original size

This oversized Artist’s Edition centers on the physical detail of Steve Ditko’s original Spider-Man artwork. It includes the hero’s first appearance in Amazing Fantasy #15 and complete stories from The Amazing Spider-Man #20, #26, and #33, alongside photocopies of pencil art for issue #31 and scanned material from more than 20 other issues. Though printed to appear in black and white, the scans retain color information that reveals ink gradients, blue pencil marks, and other details of the working art. The collection is arranged as a close look at Ditko’s pages, from full stories to covers, splash pages, pin-ups, and individual panels.
