Counting through a spring clean
Twenty bears wake from winter hibernation to tackle a cottage in need of spring cleaning. The cleanup gives the book its counting framework, with the bears’ busy efforts linking numbers to familiar household activity. Its picture-book premise combines a group of silly animal characters, seasonal change, and a simple everyday task, making the counting concept part of the scene rather than a standalone exercise.
