Rosie and Bingo on the farm

Rosie, a cow, and her baby, Bingo, are the focus of this colorful children’s story about life on a farm. The simple animal-centered premise gives the book a clear place among stories introducing very young children to farm animals and the bond between a parent and baby. The author’s own family raises cows and other animals on a small Virginia farm, a background that connects with the book’s farm setting.

Good fit for readers who enjoy

  • A fit for toddlers and preschoolers encountering farm-animal stories.
