Ultimately, the story of Theresa Ferrara is officially unsolved. What is fact and proven true is that Ferrara was involved and a major pawn in much of the Lucchese crime activity in the 70's. Her demise is one of great tragedy and a picture of what lengths the Lucchese family would go to in order to protect its goals.
