Three time-travel missions with Mel Beeby

This 3-in-1 collection brings together Calling the Shots, Fogging Over, and Fighting Fit, following thirteen-year-old, time-travelling angel Mel Beeby as her confidence develops across three historical adventures. The settings shift from 1920s Hollywood to Victorian London and Ancient Rome, with each journey centered on helping people facing separation, family trouble, or danger. A recurring cast, including Mel’s friends, links the stories, while Mel’s distinctive angelic role and wardrobe add a fantasy element to the trips through history. The volume combines adventure-driven scenarios with historical backdrops rather than focusing on a single continuous quest.
