A graded classical study collection with flexible online practice audio

Burgmüller’s Opus 100 gathers 25 progressive studies for developing classical keyboard technique, presented in Schirmer Performance Editions. The collection is structured around short instructional pieces that have remained widely used in studio teaching. A code inside the book provides streaming or downloadable audio, including PLAYBACK+ functions for adjusting tempo without altering pitch, setting loops, changing keys, and shifting the stereo balance. This makes the volume both a printed score collection and a practice resource with tools for isolating and working through individual passages.

Good fit for readers who enjoy

  • Piano students working through progressive classical studies
  • Teachers selecting repertoire for technique-focused lessons
  • Musicians who want adjustable audio support alongside printed scores
