We may request additional information if your complaint is incomplete or unclear. If your claim is valid, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter Notice
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its location prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Albakireads has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
